OUR STORY

My name is Jason, and I enjoyed doing art with my child so much that I found myself constantly searching the internet for fun craft ideas.

One day, as I was shopping on Etsy, I realized that I have what it takes to create great designs! I have a background in design, and have attended Otis School of Design, as well as Pasadena Art Center. However, I wasn't working in design, and instead worked in construction. It's still a creative position, but I often told people that I considered myself half artist, and half construction worker.

I was excited to tap into my inner designer again. It took months of learning, but I finally mustered the courage to open my very own shop. My wife painted "Keep Calm and Carry On", on a canvas several years ago, and hung it aptly in our bathroom above the toilet. It was a motto she lived by as a nurse and caretaker.

I drew inspiration from it when I was working on building my etsy shop, so naturally, I named my store "Keep Calm and Clip Art!" It's my commitment to making great quality art, and keeping my designs fun and playful, with tons of utility for your crafting needs.
